Business Development Associate

You will pinpoint demand and accept only the absolutely best applicants worldwide to provide their services.
- Manage and grow AlertaPhone’s community of technicians and define a scalable technician
- Build a strategic sales pipeline from prospecting to closing with an emphasis on recurring sales
and strong relationships
- Drive growth in revenue through phone-based consultative sales with a particular focus on
- Managing an aggressive sales pipeline, making a high volume of outbound sales calls and
emails to potential technician prospects, in Spain and internationally
- Selecting promising candidates from applications and establish relationships with new recruits
while explaining processes and roles.
- Strategize, negotiate & close business
- Partner with services organization to establish early customer accounts as case studies and
- Among your many attributes, you are a self-starter who is comfortable with a rapidly changing
environment and you have a strong desire to learn.
- 3+ years demonstrable inside sales experience related to small business, merchant or individual
- Experience with ongoing support or account management/relationship building.
- Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple projects and assignments.
- Strong communication skills and a data-driven analytical approach towards solving complex
- Able to contribute at both strategic and operational levels managing both individual goals/quotas with
being a team player.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience working in startup environment a plus.
- Spoken and written fluency in English and Spanish
